Schedule: Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants must be willing to work this schedule
Role Type: Full time
Salary: $45,000 - $57,000 per year annual bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary:
The Business and Project Analyst on the Compensation Team is responsible for partnering with the business to define, plan and drive to completion key projects and initiatives, specifically as it relates to the Compensation team’s interaction with IT with an emphasis on our new processing systems. This role supports project/program managers and business owners in planning, managing, documenting, testing, and communicating timelines, tasks, issues, decisions, and risks to ensure successful delivery of business objectives. This role reports to the Director of Advisor Compensation.
Responsibilities:
Works with business partners to elicit and clearly document deliverables, requirements, business needs, actions, issues, risks, and decisions needed
Leverages tools and technology to analyze data, identify patterns, and understand the story the data is telling.
Leads, monitors, and participates in all QA and UA teams and activities related to Compensation; ensures teams are focused on critical path activities
Drives task completion and business issue resolution across functional areas
Provides ad hoc reporting and interfaces with external departmental areas, such as Compliance, Legal, and Finance (Accounting)
Escalates issues to ensure project scope/schedule/budget are met
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Basic Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity
In depth knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite of products
Alteryx or similar software proficiency preferred.
Results oriented with the ability to effectively prioritize
Proactive and displays initiative; seeks out information, answers, etc. without needing to be directed to do so
Successfully engages in multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
Ability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and break down high-level information into details
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail evidenced through sound analytical skills
Demonstrated strength in written and verbal communication skills
Reporting and documentation experience and passion
Ability to build collaborative and effective working relationships across organization
Ability to maintain confidential information
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in Financial Services, Broker-Dealer Industry preferred.
