Schedule: Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants must be willing to work this schedule.

Salary: $82,000 - $95,000 per year annual bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary:
This position will support key strategic initiatives through identifying people, process and technology streamlining opportunities that enable optimal services to be delivered to our customers. The ideal candidate is an individual passionate about delivering extraordinary customer experiences leveraging business process improvement techniques to consistently drive results, and a self-motivated learner.
Responsibilities:
Lead process improvement initiatives that identify root cause analysis, bottlenecks, waste and friction points across Osaic functions
Deliver sound, data-driven insights, and recommendations
Support the Value Management Office (VMO) and Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy that elevates the organization’s continuous improvement mindset
Document and monitor business processes, rules, requirements, metrics, and standard operating procedures as a result of transformation initiatives
Facilitate and provide improvement recommendations to business units via targeted workshops (Kaizen) to identify and drive resolution of specific issues that are critically impacting business outcomes and require urgent resolution
Document current and future state through process flow, value stream mapping and customer journey map exercises
Present findings and recommendations with confidence and communicating these to sponsors and key stakeholders
Monitor effectiveness of solutions implemented on ongoing basis
Assess end to end process performance through collecting data from multiple sources to propose process improvement opportunities
Build and maintain strong internal working relationships at all levels of the organization and across business units and site locations. Leverages these relationships in helping to drive meaningful change across the company.
Perform other duties as assigned, especially those related to the organization’s Business Transformation agenda
Education Requirements:
Minimum of bachelor's level qualification in Business Management, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field is required. In lieu of bachelor’s degree, demonstrated significant experience (10 years) in enterprise process design/streamlining/reengineering, Six Sigma Lean/DFSS, DMAIC or other related experience.
Basic Requirements:
2-5 years’ experience in process improvement, using leading methodologies, processes, and tools (e.g. Lean/DFSS/Six Sigma, PMP, Prince 2, TQM, ISO or similar, MiniTab, etc.)
Strong process, customer journey, and value stream mapping experience that drives value-added business insights into process performance and customer impacts
Ability to effectively work and thrive in a very fast pace work environment
Strong team leadership, problem-solving skills, and innovative mindset
Strong process-driven, fact-based mindset
Strong customer focus, results-driven management style
Superior organizational and communication skills
Passion for the driving improvements to the service and customer experience
Independent thinker, motivated self-starter, high attention to detail
Experience leveraging statistical/probably techniques and tools to analyze processes
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Six Sigma Greenbelt Trained
Preferred Requirements:
Financial Services industry, Broker-Dealer, Banking or Insurance experience
Project and Program Management experience
Six Sigma Blackbelt Certification
