About the Role:
The SVP of Digital Transformation will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- Leading enterprise-wide modernization initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, enhance risk assessment capabilities, and deliver data-driven customer value.
- Driving leadership in the planning, design, and implementation of innovative business solutions in New Business processes and Underwriting.
- Exploring changes to current New Business environment and proposing the use of digital technologies to create new or modify existing processes.
Responsibilities:
The SVP of Digital Transformation will be responsible for:
- Implementing automation to improve customer service and experience to meet changing business and market requirements.
- Reskilling employees in both New Business and Underwriting by improving efficiencies, adding creativity, and building for the future.
- Developing ways to automate underwriting using AI and algorithms to enable more sophisticated risk assessments and personalized policy recommendations.
- Maintaining vendor/partner ecosystems for co-development of specialized solutions in enhancing Highland's digital footprint.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word & Excel).
