2nd Shift Supervisor (Monday - Thursday 1:30 PM to 12 PM)
Job description:
Join the team as the 2nd Shift Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to perform as part of the Aircraft Maintenance Team. This position supervises 3 to 4 technicians, aircraft maintenance production both from a schedule and cost perspective, provides technical assistance, and sets maintenance priorities while also being hands-on.
Job Requirements:
The following job requirements are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:
- Leadership experience in a corporate aircraft maintenance environment.
- At least 10 years of experience in the corporate aviation maintenance industry.
- Experience with such programs as Aircraft Scheduling/Records Management, Maintenance Information Systems, Tool and FOD, Training, Safety, Security, Hazardous Waste Management or Supply Chain Management.
Desired Skills:
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the others:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with Maintenance Managers on schedules, aircraft status, and issues as they occur.
- Proficient in the use Microsoft Office products
- Ability to develop and present formal briefings and presentations.
- Ability to develop necessary maintenance plans and procedures.
- Ability to develop work schedules and assign tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
Experience:
- Aircraft maintenance: 3 years (Required)
- Federal Aviation Administration: 3 years (Preferred)
- FAA regulation: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Airframe & Powerplant License (Required)
Ability to Commute:
- Lexington, NC 27292 (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Lexington, NC 27292: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
