Art Director Intern Job Description

Our intern program has received high marks from previous graduates for enhancing students market value through real-life, hands-on experience.Our interns gain a better understanding of the advertising / marketing / communications industry and develop valuable career contacts. They may even be offered regular full-time opportunities with OBP.Our internship program will start on June 2nd, 2025, and go through August 1st, 2025.

Job Duties :
- Visual Brilliance : As an Art Director Intern, you'll be a driving force behind the visual components of ad campaigns, digital experiences, social content and more. From conceptualizing ideas to executing designs, you'll use your artistic skills to craft visually stunning pieces that resonate with our clients' audiences.
- Creative Conceptualization : You'll work closely with our award-winning creative team to brainstorm innovative ideas and concepts for advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Whether it's developing a striking visual identity for a brand or designing eye-catching print ads, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing ideas to life.
- Technical Proficiency : Well-versed in Adobe Create Suite, you'll use your expertise to create original designs that effectively communicates our clients' messages and enhances their brand identities.
- Collaborative Spirit : Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. You'll collaborate with copywriters, art directors, creative directors, account managers, strategists and other members of our team to ensure our creative work aligns with our clients' goals and objectives.
- Portfolio Building : This internship isn't just about gaining experienceit's about helping you continue to build a portfolio that showcases your talent and creativity. You'll have the opportunity to work on real-world projects and see your work come to life.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements :
Compensation : Interns will be paid an hourly rate during their internship ( OT when applicable)
