What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at Osborn Reed & Burke LLP?
Osborn Reed and Burke, LLP is currently seeking a Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of litigation experience. Insurance coverage, insurance defense and/or legal malpractice experience a plus. Must be admitted in New York or admission pending. This is a hybrid role, based in Rochester, NY, with the flexibility for some remote work.
Candidates should possess strong writing, communication and research skills. We are looking for someone who works well within our team, and also independently.
