We are currently seeking an exceptional team player to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service and precise documentation while being respectful and considerate and maintaining honesty and integrity.
As our Business Operations Manager , you will oversee and optimize the daily operations of the business to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Duties and responsibilities include :
- Financial Operations Management : Responsible for accounting (AP / AR), credit, invoicing, general ledger, expenses, payroll, bank and money handling, monitoring of our financial data, and recommending solutions to improve profitability.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Process Improvement : Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor staff, manage new employee onboarding, promote a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
- Performance Metrics : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational success. Assist in conducting staff performance reviews
- Compliance and Risk Management : In collaboration with our HR consulting firm, ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, identify and mitigate risks, and oversee vacation and time-off requests.
- Workplace Management : Oversee outside service vendors and office programs.
