Quality Control Program Manager Job Summary:

The Osborne Construction Company seeks a highly skilled Quality Control Program Manager to oversee and maintain an effective quality control system, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and industry standards on commercial and large-scale residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Manage submittal review and approval process
  • Organize preparatory meetings for each Definable Feature of Work
  • Conduct Initial and Follow-Up Inspections to ensure quality standards are met
  • Attend coordination meetings with stakeholders
  • Track and resolve construction deficiencies
  • Produce Daily Reports and submit them to the client
  • Coordinate and supervise Special Inspectors and AHJ inspections
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Stop work if necessary to enforce contract compliance

Requirements:

  • Prior quality control experience on military or equivalent projects is desirable
  • Industrial experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and management abilities
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to obtain a Department of Defense (DOD) gate pass (if applicable)
