Quality Control Program Manager Job Summary:
The Osborne Construction Company seeks a highly skilled Quality Control Program Manager to oversee and maintain an effective quality control system, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and industry standards on commercial and large-scale residential construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control programs
- Manage submittal review and approval process
- Organize preparatory meetings for each Definable Feature of Work
- Conduct Initial and Follow-Up Inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Attend coordination meetings with stakeholders
- Track and resolve construction deficiencies
- Produce Daily Reports and submit them to the client
- Coordinate and supervise Special Inspectors and AHJ inspections
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Stop work if necessary to enforce contract compliance
Requirements:
- Prior quality control experience on military or equivalent projects is desirable
- Industrial experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and management abilities
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense (DOD) gate pass (if applicable)
