You will be responsible for crafting compelling offers, closing deals with urgency, exceeding quotas, with the opportunity to maximize your earnings (no cap on earnings).
Qualifications
Osborne Homes is headquartered in California, so this role operates within PST/PDT hours in a fully remote setting with candidates required to be available during core business hours (8am to 5p PT). Candidates located in PT, MT, or CT time zones are preferred.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must
- Proven sales success in D2C or B2C - closing is in your DNA
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and relentless in pursuit of sales goals
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Thrives in a high-performance culture and welcomes accountability
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
- This role does NOT require RE licensing
- Pay includes base rate with the opportunity to earn Incentive Bonuses and competitive benefits package
- First-Year Earnings: Your initial-year earnings, inclusive of the ramp-up period, can soar to an impressive $110,000 - $150,000. Expected earnings in subsequent years of $150,000 with no cap on earnings.
