Job Overview
The Credit Clerk plays a vital role in managing and maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy in account transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties

  • Process and record debits and credits to customer accounts accurately.
  • Utilize accounting software for account management and data entry tasks.
  • Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to account statements and transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers over the phone, demonstrating professional phone etiquette.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of financial information.
  • Stay updated on medical terminology as it relates to billing and accounts receivable.
