OSC-WEBco is a leading and worldwide family-owned sales organization, in business over 75 years, representing major manufacturers in health and beauty, grocery, consumables, spirits, and soft lines categories to a specialized market. We are seeking an aggressive, organized product professional to manage a territory based in Tacoma, WA.
Job Purpose: Responsible for the achievement of all retail objectives in assigned locations. Responsible for the selection and development of Sales Assistants and Merchandisers.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Executes OSCWEBco’s Standard Store Call Procedures and SFA Scans
- Ensures distribution of all authorized items. Works with store personnel to correct replenishment issues
- Executes promotional opportunities and documents results using Display Tracker technology
- Recruits, hires, trains Sales Assistants and Merchandisers
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with all internal and external customers
- Ensures proper product rotation and maintains shelf standards
- Assist with product ordering at distributor/store level as required
- Monitors and communicates competitive activity to Region Manager/Director
- Submits all reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Follow OSCWEBco expense guidelines

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Sound knowledge of the principles of merchandising sales and promotion
- Demonstrated success presenting to groups and ability to anticipate and handle most objections
- Demonstrated success optimizing business strategies for diverse customers
- Competency using basic software; Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel. Familiarity with a laptop computer
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or minimum of 2 years Sales experience

Must be able to gain US Military Base access
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must pass a pre-employment background screen and drug test
