The Role
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and supporting Oscar’s growing network in Wisconsin. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and assisting local rental locations while working closely with our European team. This is a hands-on role that combines sales and operational support.
To ensure a strong start, you will receive extensive training and guidance from experienced account managers in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Expanding the network – Identifying and signing new rental locations.
- Supporting existing partners – Ensuring locations perform well and are satisfied.
- Training & onboarding – Assisting new partners with software and process implementation.
- Operational oversight – Visiting locations to ensure proper execution of procedures.
- Collaboration with international teams – Working with colleagues from the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Belgium, and Denmark.
- Market analysis – Providing insights and recommendations to accelerate growth.
Your Profile
- Based in Wisconsin, with the ability to travel within the state.
- Experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial.
- Automotive industry experience is a plus.
- Fluent in American English (both written and spoken).
