Job Title: CSI/Syteline Consultant

Job Summary:
The CSI/Syteline Consultant will work as part of a team to drive the effective use of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/Syteline). Prior experience with the implementation of CSI/Syteline is required.

This position will have direct responsibility for the implementation and/or optimization of ERP software to support business needs. This role involves collaborating with clients to improve key performance metrics by recommending best practices and developing processes pre-implementation, during implementation, and post-implementation. The consultant will help identify opportunities for efficiency gains through process automation.
The position requires 50% travel and the ability to work remotely from a home office.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
* ERP implementation experience
* 3-5 years of experience with Infor Syteline
* Leadership or management experience in a manufacturing operation
* Set up and training for Infor CSI users
* APS scheduling configuration and support
* Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
* Ability to support cross-functional teams within client organizations
* Identify gaps and propose effective solutions
* Design system personalizations
* Oversee daily maintenance and monitoring of the Infor CSI system
* Stay updated on product upgrades
* Ability to quickly learn new concepts and functionality
* Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to collaborate well within a team
* Experience working with growing organizations

Education/Experience:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
