Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations, specifically within manufacturing environments, including planning, execution, monitoring, and go-live support.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure project success.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into NetSuite configurations that support manufacturing operations, inventory control, and production planning .
Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth integration and system functionality tailored to manufacturing needs.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and manufacturing best practices .
Oversee system customization, workflow automation, and data migration activities, specifically related to Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Orders, Routing, and Quality Control .
Develop training materials and facilitate user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of NetSuite in manufacturing settings.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements post-implementation to enhance production efficiency, material requirements planning (MRP), and shop floor control .
Stay updated on NetSuite best practices, updates, and new functionalities, especially those relevant to manufacturing and supply chain management .
Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data governance, and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ERP implementations, with a strong focus on the manufacturing industry .
NetSuite certification (NetSuite ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation) is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex ERP projects within manufacturing environments, ensuring alignment with shop floor operations, inventory management, and logistics .
Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, particularly Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Warehouse Management .
Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk integrations is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project, etc.).
