What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Generative AI Engineer position at Oscar Technology?
We are thrilled to partner with an innovative startup on a mission to transform the deal desk and redefine sales efficiency. They are looking for a talented Senior Machine Learning Engineer, who has a background working with search functions / capabilities, to help automate and streamline RFP and security processes.
You won't need to build GenAI models from the ground up, rather apply GenAI to enhance their search capabilities by improving accuracy, semantic searches and indexing. Pull data from multiple systems into a more accessible format for sales representatives and improving workflows from there. Applied AI / GenAI would be a huge plus, although not required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Model Development : Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge ML models focused on Generative AI and NLP.
- Workflow Automation : Automate and optimize sales processes using innovative AI techniques.
