The Role:
We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Financial Management Manager to lead and optimize our IT finance operations. In this critical role, you will oversee a team responsible for managing IT costs, developing accurate chargeback models, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Lead ITFM Operations: Oversee all aspects of IT Financial Management, including invoice processing, chargeback analysis, customer dispute resolution, and forecasting.
- Manage Key Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers (CIO, COO, CFO), service providers, and internal teams.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Continuously analyze IT costs, identify areas for optimization, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure ITFM service delivery aligns with contract requirements, SLAs, KPIs, and the approved service management manual.
- Lead & Mentor: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Evaluate and implement new ITFM solutions and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven Leadership: 7 years of successful management experience in a technical or business environment.
- ITFM Expertise: Strong understanding of IT Financial Management principles, including chargeback models, SLA management, and billing processes.
- Customer Focus: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- Financial Acumen: Experience in financial analysis, with a strong understanding of IT costs and budgeting.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
