I am seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ServiceNow platform with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) , IT Operations Management (ITOM) , IT Asset Management (ITAM) , and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) . As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the business needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the technical design, implementation, and support of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, forms, workflows, business rules, and notifications.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex ServiceNow platform issues.
- Assist with platform upgrades, patches, and security configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams.
- Ensure that ServiceNow solutions align with best practices and governance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to improve performance, usability, and automation within the platform.
