Job Type : 6-Month Contract to Hire (C2H)

Salary : Up to $160,000 (with 10% bonus )

Job Description :

I am seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer for a 6-month contract-to-hire position. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow, with a strong background in ITSM ITOM ITAM , and CMDB . Additionally, the candidate should have solid experience with event management and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. This is a fully remote position with an opportunity for conversion to a permanent role at an attractive salary of up to $160,000, along with a 10% bonus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development, implementation, and customization of ServiceNow solutions, particularly in ITSM ITOM ITAM , and CMDB modules.
• Design and build a CMDB from scratch, ensuring proper configuration management practices and data accuracy.
• Develop and implement Event Management processes, including the creation and management of alerts, workflows, and automation.
• Perform integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (using REST / SOAP APIs, web services, and other technologies) to ensure seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Conduct regular system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the ServiceNow platform's optimal performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices to continually improve platform capabilities.
