Employees in this classification perform at a professional level, and are accountable for reviewing and evaluating development projects in compliance with all applicable County / State / Federal codes and regulations, and according to all acceptable engineering practices. Work includes reviewing and evaluating technical documents, construction plans (residential and commercial) development, and roadway design, attending and participating in the TRS and other related meetings while providing solutions to construction problems.
