What are the responsibilities and job description for the Osceola Foods - Storeroom Team Member 3rd Shift position at Osceola Foods?
JOB DESCRIPTION : The storeroom team is a service organization. The responsibilities include but are not limited to, receiving all incoming packaging supplies, ensuring that they are properly received and stored. The candidate will take regular inventory counts and make corrections when needed. Additionally, they will also manage the mechanical storeroom inventories, ensuring its organized and stocked with necessary parts. The candidate would also assist in ensuring the required parts are issued to maintenance mechanics or maintenance supervisors to ensure reliability of production equipment.
Successful applicants must be able to complete physical work that involves lifting up to 50lbs repeatedly. Successful candidates will work in our modern food processing facility located in Osceola, Iowa, and enjoy competitive wages along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, prescription drug, dental and vision plans. Qualifications
- Basic computer skills for managing inventory and other task.
- Candidate must be willing and able to learn how to operate a forklift.
- Be prepared to work overtime as needed by the Team Leader.
