Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Basketball Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for basketball and sports coaching, with the ability to educate and inspire athletes at various skill levels. This role involves developing players' skills, promoting teamwork, and fostering a positive environment that encourages personal growth and athletic excellence.

Duties

• Plan and conduct engaging basketball practices that focus on skill development, teamwork, and strategy.
• Provide instruction on basketball techniques, including shooting, dribbling, passing, and defense.
• Evaluate players' performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
• Implement behavior management strategies to maintain discipline and promote a positive team culture.
• Organize and lead competitive games and tournaments, ensuring adherence to rules and sportsmanship.
• Collaborate with other coaches to develop comprehensive training programs that align with the team's goals.
• Educate athletes on the importance of physical fitness, nutrition, and mental resilience in sports.
• Foster a supportive environment that encourages participation in other physical activities such as judo or martial arts for overall athletic development.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals and game strategies.
• Skills in behavior management to effectively guide young athletes.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $0.10 - $1.00 per hour
