Join our fast growing beauty brand and become a fundamental member of our expanding team. We are looking for a brand ambassador in the Washington, DC area to share their love of clean beauty and wellness via education and sales with our partner accounts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for clean skincare and be well versed in common skincare vernacular. They will also have an impressive history with sales.
May have the opportunity to travel within the state or to nearby states.
Responsibilities
Flexible Hours. $20 - $30 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Communicate confidently and clearly about our brand, with genuine interest in natural, clean ingredients
- Educate employees and customers about the brand and products
- Hand sell product line
- Accommodate set sales targets and work independently in the field
- Effectively manage a schedule juggling multiple doors
- Support staff at retail partner locations
- Comfortable giving mini-treatments on the sales floor
- Complete recaps of work, sharing information that can help us improve our customer's experience
- Experience in retail setting, especially in the beauty, wellness, and skincare space
- Esthetician license or practical experience with skincare
- Ability to learn new platforms for time management and reporting
- Proven track record of effective communication

- Flexible availability including weekends
- Mode of transportation as carrying products or event materials to an account may be necessary
- Device to use for reporting (phone, tablet, etc)
- The ability to manage multiple responsibilities at one time and work independently
- Must be willing to fall in love with our products, work in a collaborative environment and most importantly have fun while we work!
