As an intern, you will learn and assist in all aspects of influencer marketing, from sourcing new influencers to writing campaign briefs and negotiating and managing campaigns. $20 per hour / 10-20 hours per week
Requirements
- Act as a support in the day-to-day seeding channel management, including: building external docs, sourcing & engaging with influencers via email and DM, regularly updating and maintaining records, reviewing influencer trackers, reporting & recaps, placing product orders
- Contribute to the organic channel by developing internal campaign materials, collaborating with external vendors within designated timelines, and consistently updating and managing records for optimal workflow
- Attend meetings, present ideas, handle population of monthly content calendar
- Assist writing compelling campaign briefs and onboarding materials for new partners
- Archive and organize all inbound influencer content, i.e. posts and stories via Dropbox and Tribe
- Research and create influencer lists for campaigns, events and product pushes that are on brand and meet KPIs
- Stay up-to-date on competitors' influencer strategy
- Applicant should have excellent communication skills and actively listen
- Knowledge of beauty, skincare and wellness space is a plus
- Strong understanding of social media platforms - especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter
- You have a positive attitude and a strong internal motivation to get the job done well
- You are a creative thinker and quickly adapt to new situations with an eye for detail
- You have experience using Microsoft Suite and Google Docs Editors
- You are very organized and can manage multiple team projects
