Job Summary:
- Looking for an experienced APP or new grad with ICU, Telemetry and ED Experience
- Will mainly be located at the Outpatient Cardiology Clinic and will see Cardiovascular disease, structural heart disease and EP patients
- Occasional Inpatient Hospital rounding
- Schedule - Option for 5,8's or 4,10's
- No weekend requirements

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed to provide Advanced Practice Nurse Services or Physician Assistant Services Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and State of Illinois for prescribing of narcotics
