What are the responsibilities and job description for the AP Processing Clerk I position at OSF HealthCare?
The clerk will work in-office at least 6 months at which time an assessment will be made if the clerk can work 2 days a week from home until reaching one year in AP. Once released for work-from-home status, the clerk will rotate one week in and one week out of the office.
Expected pay for this position is $19.81 - $23.31/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Accounts Payable Processing Clerk Level 1 will be responsible for processing Purchase Order (PO) and non-PO invoices and check requests in electronic systems. They will process new vendor requests, conducting required compliance checks and accurately entering vendor information into electronic systems.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School/GED
Experience: 1 year experience in office environment
Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Applicable experience in automated invoice approval system.
