POSSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Director is responsible for developing and improving the clinical care model to drive participant care and clinical outcomes. Providing and ensuring superior compassionate, high-quality, innovative patient-centered care through positive working relationships and demonstrating collaborative, team-oriented behaviors, and accountability. Responsible for implementation and oversight of the quality assessment and performance improvement. Collaborates with the CMO and other executive/operational leaders on innovative thinking to develop, implement and evaluate strategic goals and quality outcomes in efforts to enhance patient care, patient experience, and improve medical practice.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education:
- Doctorate Licenses/Certifications: Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state and/or states covered by the clinic or telehealth practice.
- Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies) Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two years healthcare administrative experience in order to understand division services and market conditions, healthcare system standards and policies, and government and accreditation agency requirements, and to effectively direct and plan the development of services.
