Expected pay for this position is $35.33 - $41.57/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Coordinator Behavioral Health-Masters is responsible for providing direct patient care in a variety of settings, effectively managing a patient caseload, and demonstrating the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the age and diagnoses of the patient served. Individuals in this position will have the opportunity to receive supervision to obtain their clinical hours required to sit for the LCSW or LCPC exam.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Masters in Social Work or Masters in Counseling
Licensure/ Certification:
LSW (Licensed Social Worker) or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) in Illinois or LLMSW (Limited License Social Worker) in Michigan
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
1-3 years' experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting.
Exposure to a broad range and mix of cognitive and/or behaviorally based interventions.
