Pay range for this position is $33.36 - $48.76/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure.
POSITION SUMMARY: Clinical Practice Coordinators are an extension of clinical expertise and collaborate with businss operations to further grow and develop frontline clinical staff. This position is responsible to promote and establish evidence-based nursing care standards and efficiencies to ensure clinical staff are practicing at the highest level of scope or training. The clinical practice coordinator facilitates education and competency oversight of clinical initiatives. This position is accountable for promoting safe, and high quality patient care by adhering to system policies, procedures, protocols, and standing orders through innovative objectives/strategies for achieving clinical outcomes.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelors in Nursing
Licenses/Certifications: RN in state of Illinois or Michigan
Experience: 2 years of healthcare experience
Knowledgeable on Electronic Medical Record
Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Certification in area of specialty
Epic knowledge
Other requirements/information: Knowledgeable on Electronic Medical Record
