What are the responsibilities and job description for the Diagnostic Radiology Tech II position at OSF HealthCare?
Expected pay for this position is $26.46 - $34.64/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the radiologist/provider, performs radiography exams and procedures at a level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Complies with ALARA and regulatory requirements in providing safe and appropriate care for the patient.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Completion of a formal Radiography program with associated certificate or degree • IEMA License in Radiography • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist ARRT(R) registered • Current CPR certification.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and multi-tasking skills. Additional Knowledge & Skills • Working knowledge of HIPPA, privacy, and safe guarding protected health information.
