Position could offer full remote near an OSF HealthCare location in the State of Illinois which could include: Alton, Bloomington, Danville, Galesburg, Kewanee, Monmouth, Peru, Princeton, Ottawa, Urbana, Chicagoland area including Evergreen Park.
Salary range for this position is $55,036-$64,750; Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Digital Production Specialist plays a key role in assisting the Digital Marketing team with the creation, development, and production of web and social media content. This role ensures that OSF HealthCare's online presence is engaging, user-friendly, and interactive by utilizing various web tools and software. The Digital Production Specialist also collaborates closely with the marketing team to support broader marketing initiatives, contributing to the delivery of a cohesive digital experience that aligns with OSF HealthCare's mission and objectives.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma/ GED
Experience: 2 years of experience in web development/design, digital marketing, interactive media or related field. Strong working knowledge of web management platforms.
Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: An expert knowledge of HTML and CSS plus a working knowledge of JavaScript languages. Prior experience with Microsoft SharePoint, CRM email marketing, and/or web analytics and reporting tools. Demonstrated ability to work on collaborative marketing or project teams.
Other Skills/ Knowledge: Proficient in the use of approved software including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
