Expected pay for this position is $53.71 - $71.16/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Patient Experience is responsible to build, lead, and maintain a culture of high performance using relevant data, evidence and leadership methodologies to guide patient experience across all of OSF HealthCare. This role is responsible to enable successful execution of patient experience strategies and approaches for an organizational culture that achieves and sustains exceptional patient experience. This leader is accountable for enabling a consistent, collaborative organizational strategy which assures that all leaders are active owners of patient experience for a culture which delivers safe, respectful, courteous, efficient, and effective care, with high reliability.

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare, communications, or business-related field.
Experience:
- 3 years of leadership related to the patient or customer experience.
Other skills/knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
- Skill in change leadership.
- Experience in motivational leadership and/or coaching
