Qualifications
- Physician licensed to practice medicine in the state of Illinois.
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
- Meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
Salary : $270,000 - $285,000
