Job Title: Family Medicine Physician
The ideal candidate will work in our recently renovated large clinic space, equipped with 7 exam rooms and a procedure room. The facility offers X-Ray, Point of Care Lab Testing, and Physical Therapy on site. Our team-based care model provides comprehensive support, while the OSF After-Hours Call Center handles initial patient calls.

We offer full-time, clinical base salary pay, with a competitive range of $270,000-$285,000. This estimate may be impacted by factors such as position criticality, overall experience, qualifications, community need, and other considerations.
You will be working in the scenic town of Dixon, Northwestern Illinois, which offers a mix of history, recreational activities, and Midwestern amenities. To qualify for this role, you must be a physician licensed to practice medicine in the current state and obtain/maintain medical staff membership and privileges. Additionally, you must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
