Expected pay for this position is $41.80 - $55.38/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager of Clinical Practice is responsible for leading a shared services team supporting clinical initiatives within operating units. This position is accountable for providing leadership for clinical services provided by nursing, and other professional and ancillary staff throughout operating units. Responsible for the implementation and sustainment of evidence-based nursing/clinical standards of care/policies and ensuring nursing/clinical competency. Represents the needs of the operating unit and assists in the development of clinical staff roles within the scope of their licensure or certification/education, through the clinical care model adoption and/ or job description. This position is accountable for the clinical and educational program implementations relating to transformational care, structural empowerment, innovation, continuing education, professional development, and supportive care. Collaborates with quality, safety and regulatory colleagues to ensure activities are aligned to practice. Responsible for monitoring operating unit performance of key clinical initiatives, communicating findings to operational leadership, and collaborating in action planning.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelors in Nursing Licenses/Certifications: Registered Nurse in Illinois Experience: 3 years of nursing 1 year leadership experience including Coordinator, Charge or Supervisor. Other skills/knowledge: Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: License/Certifications: Certification in area of specialty Education: MSN Experience: 4 years of previous clinical nursing experience Process improvement training and experience Epic experience Other requirements/information: Interpersonal/communication skills necessary to effectively lead, guide, and collaborate with frontline Mission Partners, physicians, and organizational leadership Knowledgeable in Electronic Medical Record systems
