Expected pay for this position is $221.65 - $267.32/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY:
- The Managing Medical director is responsible for monitoring and improving the level of care for patients.
- Medical directors are responsible for participant care, clinical outcomes, and the implementation and oversight of quality assessment, performance improvement, and performance management.
- Medical directors will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and other executive management teams to implement strategies that enhance patient care and improve medical practice.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Doctorate- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
Experience:
- 10 years' experience in clinical medicine
- 5 years' experience in clinical leadership
Licensure/ Certification:
- Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
