Remote Work option - This person wil work their first 90 days in the office. If there is completion of successful 90 day evaluation, this person will have the opportunity to work 8 days per month in the office and the rest from home.
This position will report and be employed by the PCNS Joint Venture.
Salary range for this position is $61,068-$71,864. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The OnCall Application Analyst is responsible for working closely with business operations to implement and enhance technology solutions supporting OnCall services. Acting as the subject matter expert for key applications, this role oversees the full implementation process, ensuring that systems are optimized to meet operational needs. The Analyst will evaluate, design, configure, and troubleshoot software applications, ensuring seamless integration and performance. They will also collaborate with stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and translate technical concepts into actionable insights for operational teams. Additional responsibilities include developing documentation for system design, testing, and training, while maintaining customer expectations to improve service quality across the organization. Will be required to attend classes as specified by Vendor.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY:
Serve as the primary liaison between departments to gather and define project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to secure stakeholder buy-in and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Work closely with IT teams and external vendors to understand system requirements and ensure applications meet operational needs and technical capabilities.
Develop detailed specifications that accurately reflect business requirements and work with technical teams to deliver operational solutions.
Tailor and configure applications to meet specific business needs and improve service delivery. Identify and implement system enhancements by collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve system performance.
Create and maintain system documentation, including configurations and workflows, and develop user guides to support training and knowledge sharing.
Conduct rigorous testing to ensure applications meet quality standards, validating test cases to confirm business requirements are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in coordination with IT and vendors, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product updates, and best practices to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of application usage.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to provide expertise and contribute to the continuous development of the organization’s technology solutions.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma/ GED
Experience: 3 years’ experience in information technology or healthcare Or Associates and 1 year experience in information technology or healthcare.
Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, healthcare or other related field. Experience: Previous work-related experience in healthcare industry. Experience with contact center technologies.
