Expected pay for this position is $31.19 - $36.69/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The OSF Corporate University (OSFCU) Program Specialist supports 3rd party content integration within the Corporate University. The Program Specialist collects defined metrics and distributes key reports to leadership and governance teams. The role augments OSF-designed training and pathways through the integration and maintenance of 3rd party content to expand the training and development available. Travels to OSF entities to ensure communication, coordination, and integration of application training adoption as needed; 25% travel should be expected.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in organizational development, human resources, business administration, education, learning technology, information technology, instructional design or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of training in design, development, and working with learning technology.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
- Demonstrated solid understanding and expertise in the areas of instructional design, technology support of business strategies, change management, behavioral sciences, leadership development.
- Ability to apply sound learning principles, agile methods, learning technology, and program management skills together in the design, development, evaluation and maintenance of learning and development programs.
- Proven strong communication, presentation, and technology skills
