Starting pay for this position is $16.83/hour.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Concierge greets all patients, families, visitors and staff in assigned area. Proactively assists individuals, providing information, direction and hospitality. May provide guidance to individuals related to other OSF facilities/service areas, coordinate transportation needs, provide local area direction, and advise of area accommodations or amenities.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED
- 6 months of direct customer service or hospitality experience •
- Basic working knowledge of computers systems •
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills •
- Demonstrated ability to reason, interpret and evaluate each situation to provide assistance and resolve issues •
- Demonstrates ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment •
- Interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with individuals of various diversities and abilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working with an electronic medical records system
