The hourly rate for this position is $17.00/hour This is an Hourly position.
Overview
This student will need to be flexible with driving to do entity site visits, attend onsite team meetings at OSF Ministry Headquarters, and be open to shadowing with other departments.
POSITION SUMMARY: The patient experience intern will assist the Ministry patient experience team across many different locations, scenarios and best practices.
This includes:
*Data and strategic reporting strategies
*Upskilling our teams through site visits, action planning sessions and continual education on patient experience.
*Tracking and trending Ministry team work
*Special patient experience projects across the service areas, entities and bodies of work.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Junior or Senior in college. This intern must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with various individuals throughout OSF Healthcare. Ability to multi-task, coordinate multiple projects, and have proven attention to detail.
