Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a physician to lead our family medicine team. As a GP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals. You will work in a recently renovated large clinic space with 7 exam rooms and a procedure room, and have access to X-Ray, Point of Care Lab Testing, and Physical Therapy on site. You will also have the opportunity to teach within the Family Medicine Residency Program.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Illinois and be eligible to obtain and maintain medical staff membership and privileges. You must also be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs. This is an equal opportunity employer.
