POSITION SUMMARY: The President will lead the advancement of the employed physicians into a mature, cohesive and contemporary multi-specialty group practice which is fully integrated into the system. This executive will serve as a strategic leader and will be instrumental in driving a culture which is focused on delivering high quality, patient-centered care. The President will provide leadership with regard to the clinical, operational, and financial accountability for the physician group and its clinics.

Education:

Experience:
- 10 years related experience
- 10 years in leadership role for business unit or support organization
Licensure/ Certification:
- Physician License

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
- Demonstrated skill in change management.
