Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to adults.
• Conduct routine check-ups, diagnose and treat illnesses, and develop treatment plans to promote health and well-being.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists and community organizations, to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to HIPAA standards and OSF HealthCare's confidentiality policies.

Requirements

• Current medical licensure in the state of Illinois.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or a related specialty.
• Ability to obtain and maintain medical staff membership and privileges at OSF HealthCare.
• Eligibility as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
• Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
