Expected pay for this position is $40.83 - $48.03/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Project Manager II is responsible for planning and managing multiple projects of varying complexity from original concept through design and implementation to achieve division goals and objectives with minimal supervision or direction. Serves as a key enabler of process improvement activities with OSF Healthcare system by leading people, process, and technology integration. Is responsible for adhering to department standards relative to project execution and performance improvement.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of managing projects OR Completion of High School or its equivalent and minimum of 5 years managing projects.
Other skills/knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- License/Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent certification recognized by the industry.
- Project Management within Healthcare industry.
- Experience with key OSF applications.
- Experience with business and information technology planning. Experience with application implementation and support.
- Experience with processes and their interrelationships.
