Pay range for this position is $43.17 - $58.75/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is a Salaried position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: The Supervisor Clinical Digital Care oversees the day-to-day clinical activities of the OnCall Digital Care team. In collaboration with the Manager, determines work priorities, prepares daily work assignments, and monitors care delivered by the digital care team. Assures collaboration across the continuum of One OSF and is a service excellence champion to ensure the agencies are constantly striving to be the provider of choice. Ensures quality patient care, acts as a professional role model, serves as a clinical and technical resource, and enhances and promotes development of staff and self. Performs duties of digital care nurse on a regular basis.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelors in Nursing
- Licenses/Certifications: RN in current state
- Experience: 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Leadership experience
- Other requirements/information: Proven excellent computer, communication, and strong problem solving skills
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of people
- Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency
