What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor Clinical Digital Triage position at OSF HealthCare?
Pay range for this position is $40.02 - $57.69/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Supervisor Clinical Digital Care oversees the day-to-day clinical activities of a variety of environments. In collaboration with the Manager, determines work priorities, prepares daily work assignments, and monitors care delivered by the digital care team. Assures collaboration across the continuum of One OSF and is a service excellence champion to ensure the agencies are constantly striving to be the provider of choice. Ensures quality patient care, acts as a professional role model, serves as a clinical and technical resource, and enhances and promotes development of staff and self. Performs duties of digital care nurse on a regular basis.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Experience: 2 years of acute care experience
- Licensure/ Certification: RN License in state of IL
- Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
