Pay range for this position is $39.37 - $56.73/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Supervisor Nursing for Home Health is responsible for supervision of agency home health operations. The Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of clinical excellence and effective case management. Serves as an expert in Home Health documentation for Medicare Reimbursement Programs and works with their teams to ensure field clinicians have a thorough understanding of the importance of Medicare OASIS documentation and diagnosis selection, and how they impact 5 Star Agency Performance and Value Based Purchasing performance.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelors in Nursing
Experience: 1 year of progressively more responsible work experience in home health or 1 year of supervisor experience in healthcare.
Licensure/ Certification: IL Reg Nurse License or MI Reg Nurse License
Current driver’s license and auto insurance, provides own transportation.
Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS is required prior to start date of employment.
Other Skills/ Knowledge: Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency.
