Expected pay for this position is $23.35 - $27.48/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Supervisor Nursing Operations Support (NOS) is responsible for the daily operations of the NOS staff. Completes supervisory functions including but not limited to performance management, employee relations, coaching, recruitment, and recognition. Provides leadership to team members by overseeing department functions and demonstrating detailed understanding of policies and procedures. Champions the patient experience, change, improvement, and communication efforts of the NOS Representative team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School Diploma/ GED Experience: 2 years' experience in Nursing Operations Support (NOS) Representative, Patient Care Liaison, or Patient Experience Concierge role, or similar role with like responsibilities.

Licensure/ Certification: N/A Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associate's degree Experience: 3 years of prior customer service experience. Prior experience in leading and evaluating others. Prior experience in teaching, instructing, and leading other personnel. Prior experience with ProNet, Vocera, and Epic. Licensure/ Certification: N/A Other Skills/ Knowledge: N/A
