Expected pay for this position is $26.46 - $31.13/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Vendor Service Specialist is responsible for facilitating seamless communication between our organization and its vendors, ensuring timely service delivery, documentation, issue resolution & escalation, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our team. The Vendor Service Specialist is responsible for a consistent service excellence experience by delivering high quality, value-based service.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School/GED
Experience: 2 years' experience in a dedicated customer service role or managing vendor service scheduling.
1 year of experience documenting service activities in a Computerized Maintenance Management System.
Licensure/ Certification: N/A
Other Skills/ Knowledge: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with medical equipment management and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated proficiency in English. Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills. Demonstrated problem solving and multi-tasking skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associates Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: Previous Help Desk support experience. Demonstrated experience in vendor coordination or a related role. Experience in healthcare setting. Demonstrated Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience.
