This Home Healthcare Professional will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a home setting. This includes conducting physical assessments, administering medications, and educating patients on disease management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work independently.
A current Illinois RN license and BLS certification are required for this position. Experience with OASIS documentation, EMR systems, and phlebotomy is highly desirable.
This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekend rotations and occasional after-hours shifts.
