Job Details
General job duties include inpatient and outpatient SLP care for adults, bedside evaluations, treatment, video fluoroscopic studies, and outpatient clinic visits.
EMR used is Epic.
Job Requirements
At least 1 year of experience as a licensed SLP
CCC required
Active IL SLP License
Schedule Information
General schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8 to 4 : 30
Occasional weekend coverage may be required
May be the only SLP on site some days
Unit Specific Information
Potential to float to other OSF facilities if census is low, but this is not anticipated
Dress Code : Black scrubs
